Running Practice at Stanley Park
> Sports
Join us on Sunday, May 10th, for an energizing outdoor running session at Stanley Park! This activity is a great opportunity to stay active, enjoy the fresh air, and prepare for the upcoming French Run 2026, all in a friendly and motivating atmosphere.
The goal of this run is not to win, break a record, or compete, but simply to enjoy a great moment together, move our bodies, and start the good resolutions for 2026 on the right foot. Whether you run, jog, or take it easy, what matters most is being together and having fun while staying active.
This outdoor 5K run is open to all levels. Come alone or with friends and enjoy a social, relaxed, and positive experience.
Please be aware that if weather conditions are too severe, this activity may be cancelled.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the meeting point. Alliance Française staff members are not professional sports coaches, and each participant is responsible for their own safety. It is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather and bring water. You will receive an email with all necessary details a few days prior to the event.
We hope to see many of you there!
